The philological restoration of the Goldoni theatre lasted for approximately four years and was an extremely complex and painstaking task.

TMA played an important role in various areas of the project. TMA produced and supplied all the theatre seating, the curtain and drapes, as well as decorating and furnishing the foyer and bar. The seats of the main hall are a variation of the Victoria seat, while the foyer seats are inspired by the design of the original seats, though rendered compliant with current regulations for modern day usage.

In addition, TMA dealt with the recovery and restoration of the curtain’s embellishment. The logo in the centre of the proscenium arch is the same as the logo used in the serigraphy on the glass of the entrance doors. This design was retrieved after thorough research in historical archives and thanks to an antique photograph found in a barber’s shop.
